weekending

A little work, a little play, bubbles, some treasure hunting where we found this great pogo stick for .50 cents.
Beautiful weather and good food. It all  makes for several days of relaxing and fun times.

15 months

This little guy turned 15 months old today. Can you believe that? I am still in awe how fast it is going by. Everyday he learns something new and understands so much. He is great to play with and even tries to hold a conversation with you.  I love how he gives hugs and kisses all the time. Such a sweet little man and simply adores his brothers. We are so blessed to have him as a part of our family. I am trying to hold onto these days and not rush through them. I am so glad that I get to be there for all the moments. It's a hard job at times, but I wouldn't trade it for anything.

evening photo shoot

The light was just right for capturing some fun pictures of Harkin. The wind was blowing so strongly, he loved feeling it on his face and having his hair blowing all over the place. He such a funny kid, I  tell ya'.

echo science center

We went on a field trip to the local science center. It was small but there was plenty to keep us occupied for the morning. The traveling exhibit was all about Alice in Wonderland which was fun to see.

The boys were weather forecasters, dug for fossils, discovered a sunken ship and learned all about Lake Champlain, and the monster "Champ" who supposedly lives at the bottom.

Harkin had a great time in the water and of course the slide.
Another good day in this life of ours.

gymnastics and the bee -boo

Harkin is learning new tricks every day and is so fascinated with his belly button. He also loves to poke at everyone else'. He is such a funny kid. Quite silly on a regular basis. Every day is a joy with him.

on the sidelines

Harkin has been a great sport traveling all over the place for his brothers' practices and games. He just wonders when it will be his turn in the big game.

Mother's Day

I was treated to a late sleep in and then lunch out. We then headed over to Ben and Jerry's for dessert.  All moms got a free cone which was neat. We stayed for a bit to enjoy the beautiful weather and check out the flavor graveyard. Also Harkin was so very proud of himself for climbing all those stairs. It was a delightful day with my family. Thanks boys.
