using his head

 My lovely teenager loves to go up for a header during a soccer game. He's pretty good at them too. Unfortunately this time as he was running through the ball he collided with the back of the other kids head and split open his own head. SO much blood.  This mama is proud of herself as I kept my cool and stayed pretty calm throughout the whole process. We took him to urgent care, it was quick and easy. ( stitches!  Thankfully no concussion. He had them in for a little over a week and even got to play in his final tournament, just no headers :)

 Hard to believe my sweet William is 23 today.  He has grown into a wonderful sweet brave young man. Not afraid to try new things and chase his dreams. Which is why we can't be with him today. He is out in Fargo working hard doing his thing.  We miss him terribly and hope he has  very happy birthday. Love you always and forever!

summer crafting

 Izzy has been busy all Spring to prepare for her summer craft fairs, She had her first one this past weekend. It was a rainy one so not too much business but she still had fun meeting and talking to people. I am so proud of her. Although I go with her she does everything herself, setting everything up and making her table just the way she wants it. She is doing one a month and hopeful she will make some money:)
