We had such a nice day at home. Although everyone was excited we still managed to sleep in a bit. Santa leaves a book by our bed so we read those books before going downstairs for the stockings and the presents. We tried to open slowly and not be too crazy this year so Mama could actually watch and enjoy. I didn't take too many photos for that reason. After opening Santa's gifts, everyone was excited to give out their presents to one another. We did those and then mom and dad's. It's always so fun to see the reactions.
Breakfast was cooking while we opened so we ate and then could get to actually playing with everything all day. Harkin gets the prize for staying in his pj's all day long.
We had a easy dinner of ham, potatoes and cranberries with salad. A pretty simple day but just right.
