We celebrated Daddy's birthday(a day late) with a big meal and his favorite pie. Pretty low key this year but ended up just right for us this season.
Thanks E for being an amazing father and husband. We love you always and forever.

First day of summer called for a popsicle. Harkin has been waiting for this day. All Spring he kept thinking it was summer since it would be hot, but we tried to explain that there was an official first day. So we tried to make it a little bit special. Popsicles were a hit.

6-14-17

His big year. He turned 14 on the 14th. He's towering over his mother and almost reaching Dad.

We had a good day celebrating our first born. Presents, bowling, ice cream sundaes, dinner and a movie. All together as a family.

The younger ones think their big brother is pretty awesome and I have to tell you they are correct. He is a sweet young man, whom is bright and passionate.

We love you dear William and thank you for choosing us and making me your Mama. Wishing you a most wonderful year ahead.

sunday smiles

sun, sand and water = fun, fun, fun

It feels just like yesterday that William and Landon were doing this exact same thing. How a hose, bucket and sandbox can create such delightful play for hours. They had a great time making streams and floating boats. I think their favorite part was actually pouring the water from the hose to the bucket and then to the sandbox. Glad we can have so much fun at home.

new duds

William is growing. He needed new shoes for running so Eric found some online. William was very excited for them and thought they were pretty cool . He wanted to take a picture before they got all dirty. He has been running up our road which is a huge hill, a few times a week. He is trying to get into better shape for fall soccer.

loving the flowers

These two have had so much fun looking for flowers this Spring. First it was dandelions, Now some buttercups and clover. Soon it will be wildflowers from our garden that William made for us.  There is such excitement at everything new. I love how their sweet innocence makes me smile every day.
