breakfast on the farm
Dairy farms are a huge around our part of Vermont- we do live in the dairy capital of the world.
To promote the healthy treatment of the cows and have people see the farms themselves, they open a few up to the public. We got to tour the whole farm and then there was a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, yogurt, milk and fruit. All for free! I took the three younger ones with me and we spent the entire morning on the farm. Everyone had fun but were tuckered out at the end. It happened to be pretty hot this day.
Issabelle was quite the trip with her booties, she kept wanting to take them off, but they had to stay on! Harkin had a grand time feeding all of the cows, while Landon loved that smoothie bicycle again. They all loved the fun swag we got. Yeah! We even learned a few new things about cow feed, manure and waste run-off.

Great way to learn. I am not sure if the booties were for your benefit or the cows. Sitting in the big tractor looks like a hit. Darling children and a wonderful mom. But I do wonder where William was. Love to all, XXXOOO
