I have never eaten swiss chard before so am looking go for recipes to try it with. I found one online for beans, tomatoes, and garlic sauteed with olive oil. It tasted great and everyone had a bite - I had a few more than all the boys. Definitely something I would eat again.
I am looking forward to trying out lots of new food this summer!
That looks yummy! I will have to try it this week!

ReplyDeleteHappy CSAing! It's a little overhwelming at first but totally an incredible experience! Freeze lots for the winter and if you do not already know the art of canning I highly recommend a class. I took one last summer (our second year with a CSA) and it was so much fun and super easy! I wish I had learned this skill long ago! Enjoy, but be warned, once you taste fresh local food, it's hard to go back! :)
ReplyDeleteLove the new blog banner and the new font on your blog. Just gorgeous!
