January started out great with awesome ski weather. The boys had the whole week off before they headed back to school so we were able to hang out and go skiing together and also the two big boys taught Harkin and Izzy how to snowboard.
Then the deep freeze set in and wild weather at Jay. Every time we had the chance to ski it was negative temps with crazy windchills. Izzy and Harkin had to brave it a few times with their team but I have no desire anymore to go when it is that cold.
So we have been busy at home, trying to keep the pipes from freezing. We did have a week with no shower since there was a huge hunk of ice in the pipes and it took us a bit to figure out where it was and defrost it. That was fun😂
Hoping February brings a bit warmer temps.
